We spend our days trying to keep up with our kids and love having fun with them and watching them grow up!! Life is an adventure!! I can't believe it's been 30 years!! Looking at this website is bringing back so many memories. It's so great to see you all and read what you've been up to. I'm looking forward to seeing you all at the reunion!!

CEO / Judgment Recovery Institute 1 2 30 Oh boy! Where do I begin..
After graduating from Wilson, I attended Whittier College for 2 years. Dropped out to marry the "bad boy". That was a 13 year adventure that ended up with the birth of my daughter in 1986 and a divorce in 1993.
Worked as a Private Investigator in Washington State for 7 years and moved back to California in 1993 to "start over".
Opened my own Judgment Recovery business in 1993 and have been active in the Private Investigation / Judgment Recovery industry ever since. Currently, am the Founder and CEO of an online training program (www.jrinstitute.com). Started my "bucket list" this year. Top of my list is to try to re-connect with old friends - so here I am.

Physician Assistant Married 3 50 After Wilson, I went to UCLA and graduated in 1984 with a BS in Kinesiology and Psychology. While at UCLA, I took advantage of student discount fares and travelled as much as I could. I met my future husband, Drew, in Bogus Basin, Idaho on a UCLA Ski Club trip. After UCLA, I lived and waited tables in Santa Monica and took classes at Santa Monica College (and travelled every summer). I went to Los Angeles College of Chiropractic(LACC) and moved back home cause the school was actually in Whittier! Drew and I got married in 1990 during my second year there. I became a Doctor of Chiropractic in April of 1992. After travelling around taking my State Board exams,(one of them was in Hawaii), I started part-time work in private practice and became an Assistant Professor at LACC, now Southern California University of Health Sciences. We moved to the San Fernando Valley in 1994 and started our family in 1995. We have 3 daughters, 13, 11, and 7. After 12 years in chiropractic, I decided to go back to school and get my Masters of Science degree at Western University in Pomona. I started 2 months after my last girl was born and graduated in 2004. For the last 4+ years I have been in charge of a busy surgical practice in Lancaster! Now my life involves lots of driving between work, 3 schools, and all the girls activities. A logistical nightmare!

Nurse Single 800+ I went to Mt Sac and got my LVN, can't believe it's been 28 years! For 17 of those years I worked with emotionally disturbed kids who had been removed from their parents care due to abuse or neglect. Someday I hope to be able to be a foster parent. I am now in school again for my RN and should graduate in May of next year. I am a born again christian since '85. I moved to Columbia, Missouri in 2006( I LOVE it here), in order to be in the same town with my nieces. Columbia is a college town so we have plenty going on, though it is nothing compared to L.A. and I don't miss it at all, except for my twinkie. I wish I could be at the reunion with you but will be busy with school. I cannot believe that so many of you look exactly the same - especially you Toyann.

Attorney/Managing Director of Private Equity Firm Married 5 None presently but hoping for many in the future 400 After one year at Mt. Sac, I moved out of my mother and step father's home in Hacienda Heights and set out on my own. I paid my way through college pumping gas at O'Shea Chevron in the Heights and waiting tables at the Red Lion Inn in Ontario. I transferred to Claremont McKenna College where I majored in economics and accounting. I concluded my collegiate football career at Claremont playing four years at linebacker and runningback. Shortly after graduating from Claremont, I met my wife, Darlene, a Southern beauty from Alabama, in Chicago at the worldwide training headquarters of my first employer out of college, Arthur Andersen & Co. Darlene was living in New Orleans and I was living in Costa Mesa. We got married and moved to Dallas, where we became CPAs doing tax research and compliance work for AA&Co. We moved to Boston in 1986 to attend graduate school at Harvard. Darlene attended Harvard Business School and I attended Harvard Law School. I studied corporate law at Harvard and, after graduating in 1989 and enduring nine years of hard labor, I became a mergers and acquisitions/securities partner in the Newport Beach office of the international law firm of O'Melveny & Myers. I left O'Melveny in 1998 to become a partner in a leveraged buyout firm in the Bay area. About three years ago, my partners and I spun off our firm from our parent company and became an independent private equity firm. Our firm is called Calera Capital and we are based in the financial district of San Francisco with offices in Boston as well. Our website is www.caleracapital.com. Darlene and I have been married nearly 25 years and reside in a suburb of San Francisco called Alamo with our three sons (Zack - age 12, Clark - age 9 and Luke - age 4) and two daughters (Katie - age 16 and Becka - age 7). I stay busy buying and selling companies at Calera, coaching my children's football, baseball, softball and basketball teams and taking care of the children with Darlene, who is a stay at home mother who keeps very busy managing the family and household.
Turns out the weekend of our 30 Year reunion is the same weekend as my children's football and cheerleading program's 50 year anniversary and homecoming. Along with my football coaching responsibilities, there are various parental escorts that are to occur for our two football players and one cheerleader. Heading to the airport immediately after those conclude and catching the next plane out, puts me at the reunion shortly after it is scheduled to end. Consequently, Darlene and I will not be able to make this one notwithstanding our desire to be there. Sorry for the head fake to my teammates, but at least you will all be together (I will punish myself with a Fair's farm on Sunday). If any classmates are ever in the Bay area, please let me know and perhaps we can get together and catch up live that way. Alternatively, it would be great to hear from classmates via email (Kbaker@caleracapital.com). For those able to attend, enjoy yourselves at the reunion. It looks like the organizers have done a fine job planning it. Take care and listen to and reflect on Kenny Chesney's song "Don't Blink."                                                                                        Send Kevin a MessageSend Kevin a Message

Transportation Manager Single Lets see..should I attempt to impress you? No...that's not me...I guess time flies when you are having fun. I attended MTSAC for one day and decided it wasn't for me..so I left...got in a little trouble and went to work..numerous construction jobs then found my calling for 15 years running a Jet Ski shop. I raced for a few years and spent most of the time on the water. The Colorado river is still my favorite place...Yes..Im still going as much as possible. Still have jet ski fever and still riding a stand up ski..Not that old yet to have to ride a sit down,...I'm am getting older ( thats cool with me ) and refuse to grow up! Ended up working for a transportation company about 14 years ago and they had me working all over the west coast. Currently managing a taxi company in Palm Springs. I still keep in touch with a few people from back in the day.
